Personalised Items
All personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products are:
• 100% non-refundable
• Non-returnable
• Non-exchangeable
This policy applies once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.
Please ensure that all personalization details (including spelling, dates, and design choices) are correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Exception:
If your personalized item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging (including shipping label).
We will assess the issue and offer a solution where possible.
4. Non-Personalized Products
For non-personalized items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided:
• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage, item, and packaging (with shipping label)
We reserve the right to refuse claims submitted outside the stated timeframe.
